This Privacy Policy explains how R AI FOUNDRY PTE. LTD. (UEN 202633449C), a company incorporated in Singapore (“R AI Foundry”, “we”, “us”, “our”), handles personal data in connection with this website, raifoundry.com (the “Site”).

R AI Foundry designs and operates its own apps. Each app has its own privacy policy that governs the personal data processed within that app. This policy covers only the corporate Site. For the apps, please see:

1. Information we collect on this Site

The Site is a simple, informational website. We do not require you to create an account or provide personal data to browse it. We may process:

• Contact information you choose to send us — for example, if you email [email protected], we receive your email address and the contents of your message.
• Basic technical and usage data that is generated automatically when you visit any website, such as your IP address, browser type, and pages viewed, used to keep the Site secure and reliable.

2. How we use information

• to respond to your enquiries and provide the information you request;
• to operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site; and
• to comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use the Site to build advertising profiles.

3. Service providers

The Site is hosted and delivered using third-party infrastructure providers (including Cloudflare) and uses Google Fonts to display typefaces. These providers process limited technical data (such as IP address) on our behalf to serve the Site. Their handling of that data is governed by their own policies.

4. Cookies

The Site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Any cookies used are strictly necessary to deliver and secure the Site.

5. Retention

We keep correspondence for as long as needed to address your enquiry and to meet legal or record-keeping requirements, then delete or anonymise it.

6. International transfers

Our service providers may process technical data outside Singapore. Where they do, we rely on those providers’ safeguards for such transfers.

7. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, including Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), you may request access to, or correction of, personal data we hold about you, or withdraw consent to our processing. To make a request, email [email protected].

8. Children

This corporate Site is not directed to children. Personal data of children is handled only within our apps, under each app’s own privacy policy and with parental involvement as described there.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a new “Last updated” date.
